years ago, King Idris signed a treaty with the kingdom of Hallandren. Dedelin King send his eldest daughter, Vivenna to marry Susebron, the god-king of Hallandren. Vivenna has been trained all his life to be a suitable bride Susebron and thus fulfill their duty and help build a stable peace between Hallandren and Idris. That was the plan until the king sends his daughter Idris Siri, disobedient and independent, rather than Vivenna. Siri tries to find its place in the court of Susebron, but as she tries to discover the hidden truth about the god-king.
In Idris Vivenna sister is worried and fears that Syria is ready for this new life, so he decides to travel to Hallandren. There he meets with people of Idris who works in the capital, T'Telir, and start a new life of spying and sabotage. The plan is to rescue Vivenna Siri, although perhaps not need or want to be saved.
